Juniper and aniseed on the nose, herbaceous and bold on the palate with earthy juniper, almost sweet aniseed and bitter wormwood, warm spice finish with cassia bark and ginger root, vanilla and almond soften this gin, making it surprisingly smooth and rich for such a high ABV gin (69% abv).
